How to place your order:

Select your chosen dress or gowns

Select size required in the drop down box

Choose quantity required

 It will automatically default to a quantity of 1, change to chosen quantity if more than 1 is required.

Select ‘Add to cart’ if you wish to proceed to checkout and pay.

You will then see a screen confirming your order details.

Select either ‘Back to store’ if you wish to purchase other items or ‘checkout now’.

Checkout:

You can choose whether you want to register with The LBD Collection website, this is optional and you can choose not to register and continue with placing your order. By registering this allows you to sign in instantly for future orders? We do not keep your credit card information on record after you have placed your order.

Enter your name, address for shipping purposes. All fields marked with a star * must be completed. We will require an e mail address and telephone number as we will need to contact you after you have placed your order to keep you updated on shipping etc.

Save my details’ tick this only if you wish to receive information from us only, this is not shared with other parties, and provides you with newsletters and promotional information from time to time. We do not bombard you with e mails; you will be sent a username and password if you opt in.

Checkout, you will receive a temporary username and password, this will be for your purchase only if you have chosen not to have regular newsletters, and it will also confirm your delivery address.

You will have an option to change your delivery address. We cannot send items to hotel addresses.

Select your Country (If your country is not listed in the drop down box, please select United States) if there is any difference in shipping costs we will reimburse you. This is being corrected with our IT department to list all country options.

If you are taking advantage of any promotional offers in place, the discount code will be on the Home Page and you will need to copy and paste the discount code and place it in the box.

Delivery note Box please let us know any additional information here that you think is important, or any colour changes required etc, we will confirm everything with you after your order has been received. If you complete this section please then click on ‘update’ below the box to save your information.

Select your payment method, either paying through PayPal or Google.

 The ordering procedure is quick and straightforward and should take no more than minutes to complete.

What happens after I place my order?

We will send you, your easy to follow measure guide, you will need to return your bespoke measurements back to us within 24 hours.  We will forward these details over to our suppliers who are making your item bespoke just for you.  If you do not send us your measurements within this time frame, we will make your item, to the UK standard dress spec /size for the size you have ordered.
