Essential Checks on Delivery

An adult must be available at the address to carefully check the unwrapped product, sign and acknowledge receipt in a safe and satisfactory condition. Please report any defects immediately upon delivery to customer services.

Fed X special delivery charge within the UK is £4.95 and Ireland £7.50, US shipping  is $29.00 please contact customer services for postage costs for other Countries.

Delivery Times

Delivery dates are not guaranteed but we will endeavour to ensure goods are delivered within the stated date range. Garments will normally be dispatched between 1 to14 days after the order is placed; every effort is made to send the goods out as quickly as possible. Garments are normally delivered within a week, but this cannot be guaranteed as we have different suppliers and lead times can vary.  On occasions there may be delays caused by our suppliers which are out of our control and we cannot be held responsible as we do not guarantee a date or timescale for delivery.

We shall not be responsible or liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by a failure to gain access to the delivery address on the agreed delivery date or because of other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. No goods will be dispatched until full payment has been made.

All US Customers

Our aim is to deliver your item with 15-20 days from ordering your garment, although we cannot guarantee this. The shipping is $29.00, in most cases we use the Royal Mail service, International tracked and signed for on delivery. www.royalmail.com.

Your purchase can be tracked once it is shipped from our offices with the tracking number we will provide you with, the goods have to be signed for on delivery. This includes insurance for your purchase.  The Royal Mail service will take 3-5 working days once we ship the item, this timescale is included in the average turnaround time mentioned above from ordering to delivery. We can only ship to a home or personal address.
