Q : I can’t find the size option I require?

A: It does not mean we do not make the dress or gown in the size you require. We are continuously updating the website and this takes a lot of time. If you require a size that is not shown in the drop down box, please contact us at customerservice@thelbdcollection.co.uk and we will clarify if we can make your chosen dress or gown in the size you require.

Q: I would like a different colour to the colours available in the drop down box options?

A: We can make the dresses or gown in most colours, please refer to our colour chart on our Home page and contact us at customerservice@thelbdcollection.co.uk and we will confirm if we can make the dress or gown in the colour you require, in most cases we can.

Q: Is there an extra charge for a different colour if requested?

A: In most cases there is no extra charge

Q: I cannot find the size I require in the drop down box.

A: Please see the answer to the colour question above this. In most cases we can make any dress or gown to the size you require. There is only an additional charge for sizes 22+ to cover the extra materials used and increased postage costs only; this is not to make any profit for us.

Q: I want my dress or gown made to my exact size, can I do this?

A: In most cases yes, for all product codes beginning with MBB this will not incur and additional cost except for sizes 22+ for reasons explained above.

Q: How can I order a dress or gown in my exact size as I cannot see the option available?

A: Choose a size that is your general clothes size; please also refer to our measurement guide on our home page. Write in the delivery note box when going through the checkout process that you would like it made to measure. We will then contact you after we have received your order and send you a quick and straightforward form to complete for you to enter your bespoke measurements.  There is no additional charge for this, most other company’s would charge for this service.  We will confirm your full requirements with you before the order is placed with our manufacturers.

Q: Can I choose my own colour and provide you with my measurements and will it cost me any more money?

A:  Yes, you can have all outfits with the code beginning with MBB made to your requirements with colour and size and for all sizes 2-20 there will be no additional cost. We only charge a small supplement for sizes 22+ if you haven’t already paid a small supplement if prompted at checkout. If we are unable to provide this service depending on the gown or dress you choose, we will let you know and refund any monies paid if we can’t help you.

Q: I like a dress, but would prefer a longer or shorter length, is this possible?

A: For all dresses or gowns beginning with the product code MBB we can make the dress/gown shorter or longer.

Q: How long will it take for my dress or gown to be delivered to me?

A: Usually anything from 7-15 days after you have ordered the item, depending on where you live in the world. If there are any unexpected delays, which are most uncommon, we will let you know and keep you updated on progress.

Q: Is my dress or gown insured with the delivery method used?

A: Yes, we insure all gowns or dresses for the full cost you have paid and it will require a signature on delivery.

Q: I cannot place my order for some reason when I am going through checkout.

A: Please contact us at customerservice@thelbdcollection.co.uk and we will resolve the problem for you and in the meantime whilst it is being resolved we will send you a payment request to speed up your order if we are unable to resolve any IT issues immediately.

Q: I live in Manila; can I still place an order with you?

A: We ship globally so you can order from wherever you live in the world.

Q: Is the price in pounds or dollars?

A: All pricing is in UK pounds, you can convert it to your currency when paying online if you prefer.

Q: I just want to order a dress, not made to measure.

A: You can just choose your size from the drop down box, or e mail us if your size isn’t listed and we will order it to your standard chosen size. Please refer to our measurement chart first as all manufacturers measurements can vary slightly.

Q: I have tried to call you but cannot get a reply.

A: We do our upmost to answer all calls; however we do have very busy periods where we are unable to answer calls for a brief time, please either call again or e mail us at customerservice@thelbdcollection.co.uk

Q: I am not sure what the quality will be like.

A: Our dresses and gowns are made to a very high quality standard and are almost always lined, you will notice the dresses and gowns are quite weighty due to the high quality fabrics and lining used to make the garment, if anything our prices should be higher for the quality and service we provide, but we like to give you our customers high quality at a reasonable price. We are confident you will get a lot of wear out of your dress or gown.

Q: I really like a dress I have seen but cannot afford to make the payment all at once at the moment, what can I do?

A: If you contact us at customerservice@thelbdcollection.co.uk one of our customer service team members will agree either a weekly or monthly payment scheme to suit you where you can pay easy and manageable agreed amounts until you have made full payment. Once we have received the full payment we will order the dress or gown for you, we cannot unfortunately order it until the full balance has been paid. Spreading the cost is easy and simply, particularly if the item you require, such as our wedding gowns or couture wear, is several hundred pounds and you prefer to pay by budgeting your payments.

Q: I really want a dress I have seen but in a different colour and size to the options given. How do I order this?

A: In most cases we will be able to make this for you, please e mail us and we will confirm your full bespoke requirements and send you a PayPal payment request instead for you to make payment.

Q: I have seen a dress I would really like; can you make this for me?

A: in most cases we can, subject to copyright etc. Please let us know your design and we can have it priced for you and let you know if we can make it. We think you will find in most cases you will find your dress or gown on our website, which we continuously update, but if we can help with a chosen design we will do our best to help you.
